The course was in good shape not great. The greens were a little disappointing. The pins were set in extremely hard positions like we were on the tour or something. It slows play. They were also very inconsistent and hard to putt and that’s with 3 single digits playing. Shop staff was friendly and the course marshal was great. Service for lunch was great. Not a good course for women unless you hit it over 210 yards. At 5759 it’s way too long for most women and like my wife today, that’s not fun for her. Just didn’t live up to the hype and the price.

Raven Golf Club is a midwestern style golf course in the desert of Phoenix in the city. The staff was very friendly and the practice facilities are very nice. Just wasn't very impressed with the course was on a guys golf trip and out of the 5 we played least favorite. I would prefer playing AK-Chin S. Dunes. or Estrella just to name a few. Better bang for your buck. The locals raved about this course because like I said its something different than the normal desert course in the area.

This review is dated for 1-2-25. Course was amazing condition. Beautiful layout, challenging but fair. Fairways are generous. Greens fast. Would play here again. Great pace of play

Played Raven today with some friends. Beautiful and well kept course. Some really challenging holes. Big greens. Courteous and respectful staff. Highly recommend.

Played on Tuesday, October 29th and Raven is in PRISTINE condition. Still Cartpath only from overseeding but played in under 4 hours as a single with a 12:45pm tee time (2 foursomes let me play thru). Only house you even notice are on the couple perimeter holes. Challenging but very fair risk reward course. Playing proper tees & hitting fairways is key. Range was in great shape as well and playing some Morgan Wallen while I warmed up was an added bonus! Great experience.
