Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe Golf Course

Worst golf course I've played in years. I might have been able to forgive the greens keeper for a mistake, but this is just pure neglect. When I asked why they weren't watering the course, I was told it's because their sprinklers freeze. And worst of all, they are still charging a premium price for a course that looks like its in bankruptcy. Tried to get beers and dogs at the turn and with 4/5 customers in front of us, it took 15 minutes. We really felt like the staff at this place just can't do anything right. We are not from NM, just here on a guys golf trip, so maybe the locals are just happy to play golf? But, if you are not from here, do not be fooled by the 4+ stars rating. This course is a 1 star. I only give it a 3 to ensure this review will be read in context.

Have liked Marty’s in the past. Went golfing today at Marty’s. Nothing but browned out fairways, and completely brown greens! Unexceptionable Marty! When a coarse is in in this bad of shape, close it!, instead of sucking as much revenue as possible. I’d be ashamed of having a coarse such as this open under such rotten conditions!👎👎👎

What a beautiful and well maintained public golf course. I want to thank Kirk and the entire staff at Marty Sanchez Links for their kindness and hospitality to us while visiting our Son in the US Air Force👍🏻🇺🇸 This golf course was in such Great condition with such great views on every hole and your efforts to keep it this way do not go unnoticed I promise you. This will always be our go to golf course when in New Mexico. We had such a great time! Thank you again🙏🏻⛳️

Course is in great shape, inexpensive muni rates, but a genuinely enjoyable course. 7200 yds from the tips. Staff is very with it, and friendly. Pic from 13th tee box, big sky!

This is a great public golf course the golf course is very well maintained and would play again. The pro shop had some options and had the basics of what you need. The marshal was very nice I was behind some slow players but that ok to take the the scenery of the area. I played the main 18 the 9 hole 3par course look great as well
