In my opinion this is the best public course in Las Cruces. It is plenty challenging, even maybe a little bit overly punitive when the wind is blowing and you don't have your best. And believe me, the wind can really blow there. The owners are currently doing some well needed and thoughtful course renovations. This includes eliminating and reshaping and improving many bunkers to make the course more playable and fun in tough conditions. There are many sets of tees for the avid golfer but would really recommend one more forward set for high handicappers and beginners, even if it were just tee markers in the fairway. For example from the current forward tees #4 is a 365 yard uphill par 4 that often plays directly into a prevailing wind. It takes 4 (good) shots for a 25 handicapper to get to the green. The most forward set of tees measures a total 5502 yards. Ideal would be closer to 5000. This would make it more fun, more accessible and improve speed of play. I applaud the investment in course improvements they are making. The course continues to mature and be the best around. Looking forward to seeing the new clubhouse and playing this course as it gets better and better.

We had lunch there twice. The first time was very good and we ordered from a menu. The second time was good but they were having some kind of event and you could only eat from a New Mexican style buffet. It was good but not great. I won't fault them for that. The view from the restaurant is nice and I'm guessing when the weather is nice being able to sit in the covered patio would be great. My wife and I will go back for sure.

I played here a few times in January 25. Great fun. Uncrowded, great customer service, course in great shape. Restaurant was good. Beautiful rugged desert landscape.

A very nice and smart-designed course in the middle of desert 🏝️. Holes are built around few artificial ponds, the fairway is relatively narrow and hilly, but the route is very nicely connecting the 18 holes. Particularly the 14th hole, ⛳ will definitely want to play here more.

Beautiful golf course! People were friendly and very informative. Breathtaking views of Organ mountain. Course maintenance was exceptional and cart paths were perfect. Thank you to the starter for a bunch of course info and conversation. Definitely recommend 👍🏻5 stars!!
