Course looks as though it has not been watered in a long time. Bare tee boxes and greens galore! They still charge quite a lot for playing on dirt fairways. Very poor conditions for a resort and casino course.

I hate leaving a bad review here because the staff in the shop and restaurant are really great. But wow, they have lost this golf course. Terrible conditions. It used to be one of the greenest courses in the area. For the last year it has gone way down hill. They’ve got casino money and reservation water. Yet, the city courses are in better condition. It makes no sense. Completely dead fairways, dirt tee boxes and the greens are still damaged from aeration. Hope you guys can turn it around soon.

Played today and the greens and tee boxes were completely dead, all the way down to sand. Extremely disappointing. We used to play here a lot a few years ago and it was great but this was awful. They should discount the cost if this is the condition.

I rarely if ever leave a review, but I feel like it would be wrong of me to not speak up. The course is in the worst shape of any course I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a lot. Tee boxes are all shut down have to tee off from a designated area some of them are literal dirt tee boxes where you slip in mud swing, one of the par 3s on Lakes is DIRT not even grass mixed with dirt it’s just dirt. The fact that they still charge full price is even worse. Will not be going back and I’d highly advise anyone reading this to book anywhere else unless you really need to see for yourself!

The course is in really bad shape for 65$. I won’t be back anytime soon. Hopefully they get it back up to par, as it’s one of my favorite place to play in abq. These are just a couple of photos. The majority of the course looks like This.
