Good service. Loved the free range balls. Course was a good, fun, track. Would definitely play again if in the area.

Golf course was great , service while playing not as good. Saw the beverage cart on hole 3 and not again until 17 at that point she just passed us up and didn't ask us if we wanted anything.

I have played Carter Plantation on several occasions with VGA, and each time I've played, there were bits and pieces of the round that I found amazing and challenging. The staff were exceptional and genuinely sought to make our experience enjoyable. The greens were immaculate and true, with extraordinary speed. Fairways were in good shape without bare spots, but there were plenty of undulations for challenging ball placements and stances. Sand traps could use a manicure, according to my playing partners, I would not know since I avoided those hazards. I highly recommend this out-of-the-way jewel of a golf course for an enjoyable experience.

Overall experience was above average. Only issues were cart GPS wasn’t working and some of the pin placements were in some absurd locations.

Great $25 price to play on Wednesday afternoon!
I hope Carter Plantation keeps this nice price otherwise I just can not afford to play there for $85…. Too expensive- Nice course though
