Windy, Greens are flat but wind blows golf ball around, walk with a caddie no carts 👍, no houses 👍, Summer T-Times open because of heat, food could be better

I live in England, but have visited secession many times as my son works there. Chris Summers. He came over to the states in 1995 coaching golf in one of the golf schools. He came down south to play myrtle beach. Ran out of dollars, so started caddying at secession. Settled in Beaufort. Married a gorgeous local girl, got a degree at uni, and now still at secession but in the offices. It truly is an amazing course. Thank you Secession x

Fantastic time playing here. Beautiful conditions and facilities. The staff was extremely nice. Best experience I've had golfing.

Played course on June 18th, 2024. Was able to play this beautiful course due to a military even held annually each year. In addition the magnificent hospitality by the staff the course is breath taking. I have no negative views about this course. From the practice facilities to the greens everything is in immaculate condition. This is a walking only course but you can receive a caddie if you like. The course is very very challenging with plenty of danger. Greens are rolling at least a 13. I've never played on a course with the pot bunkers so that was also a cool experience. If you ever get the chance to play this course TAKE IT.

Secession is the pinnacle golf experience. Elite golf, even better hospitality. Amazing staff, super friendly environment. Never leave campus. Andy Olsen is a first class host and even a better man! 👏
