Owl's Nest Resort

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Owl's Nest Resort as our wedding venue. From the breathtaking scenery to the exceptional accommodations, everything about the property was truly stunning. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the comfort of their stay—many told us it was one of the most memorable wedding weekends they’ve ever attended. One of the biggest highlights was the outstanding staff. We were fortunate to work with Haleigh and Jordan, two incredible coordinators who were with us every step of the way. They helped us manage logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensured that every detail of our weekend ran smoothly. Their professionalism, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. Owl's Nest also provided catering for the entire weekend—including our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding reception, and farewell brunch—and every meal was absolutely delicious. The food was consistently excellent, and we received countless compliments from our guests. Choosing Owl's Nest Resort was one of the best decisions we made. They helped create a flawless, unforgettable celebration, and we are endlessly grateful.

As a wedding photographer, I work at a lot beautiful venues and experience them behind the scenes. One of the things that sets The Owl's Nest apart is the quality of their wedding team. As you can see from the photos I've included, my couple had a wedding day that included rain. Instead of being a big problem, it only made the day more special, thanks to the hard work and attention given by the team. They were prepared and didn't skip a beat. They helped the couple make the best decision for them about their ceremony location and then supported them, happily. They were right there with clear umbrellas, and were attentive to the needs of not only the couple, the wedding party, and the guests, but also the vendors. This is what makes a wedding go smoothly and stress free so that the couple and guests can have the most magical and memorable experience possible. I'm looking forward to several more weddings there this coming season. I would definitely recommend The Owl's Nest for your wedding day!

Small and clean hotel. Looks to be quite new. Online check-in was a bit useless as the app for the mobile key could not find our reservation so we had to go to the front desk to get the physical key. Which stopped working the next day so we had to renew it. There is a deli shop nearby (rumors are that food is decent there), a couple of restaurants and located not too far from the town. It snowed a few inches overnight but in the morning the parking lot was cleaned.

not ready for guests with kids. Heated pool outside barely heated, super cold to get in. Jacuzzi under construction. Basically nothing for kids to do. New clean premises but needs more time to hopefully develop into something better. A lot of construction going on around

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this resort. If you’re thinking about having your wedding here, do it!! I got married here in October and it was a dream. The venue is so beautiful (we got married at the pavilion - the view is incredible) and the resort overall is so clean and there’s so much to do! My family and friends loved it. My day of coordinator Haylea was phenomenal - she is on top of everything and is so friendly! My husband and I can’t wait to go back next October.
