Stopped here on my way to Colorado in July. Excellent prairie-links course that is immaculate and fair with generous contoured greens that can be quite fast. I was paired with a gentleman originally from the UK who grew up on links courses and gave me some insight on how to play them. I played a more forward tee and found myself playing all sorts of shots using the contours in & around the green - very different then just target golf and quite fun. The staff were professional and courteous - I can't wait to get back!

Wild Horse Golf Club is a hidden gem in the heart of Nebraska that every golfer should experience. Renowned for its stunning layout and pristine conditions, this course offers a challenging yet fair test of golf that will have you eager to come back time and time again. From the moment you arrive, it's clear that Wild Horse is something special. The course is beautifully designed, with wide fairways that encourage aggressive play while still demanding precision. The natural rolling terrain and expertly placed bunkers make each hole unique, requiring strategic thinking and skillful shot-making. The greens are the fastest and true I’ve ever played, providing a perfect surface for making putts—if you can read them correctly! What truly sets Wild Horse apart is its commitment to maintaining an authentic, pure golf experience. The course is immaculately kept, and it's evident that the staff takes great pride in their work. The fairways are lush, the bunkers are well-maintained, and the native grasses add a natural beauty that complements the course's rugged character. The facilities at Wild Horse Golf Club are excellent as well. The clubhouse is welcoming and provides all the amenities a golfer could need, including a well-stocked pro shop and a friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to assist you. The practice facilities are top-notch, allowing you to warm up properly or fine-tune your game before heading out onto the course. After a round, be sure to relax in the clubhouse and enjoy a meal or a drink. The food is fantastic, with a range of options that cater to every taste. Had a fantastic trip in June out to Wild Horse GC. Would highly recommend! Difficult and challenging holes and layout, but lots of fun! Beautiful sand hills area of Nebraska.

This course was amazing! Basically a hidden gem in my eyes. I’m glad I stopped here along my trip. Would recommend it to anyone driving through and has a few hours to play a round. Staff was super friendly and I got paired with a local and he was great to play with too. Can’t say enough good about this course.

A+ on overall appearance and condition of course! Definitely a course I will be playing again when coming thru. Greens took a little bit to get used to as they’re really firm but no complaints with the setup!
