Great 9 hole track. Can get a bit swampy after a rain but the grounds crew has done an excellent job with drainage over the past few years. There are a few steep hills if you are planning to walk (holes 2, 3, and 5) but if your legs are good, ditch the cart and enjoy the course on foot! Carts have GPS and there’s a small but fun bar in the clubhouse

Played this course with my 3 sons. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. After playing 6 holes we were hit with a heavy thunderstorm. We were offered a full rain check for the following day, thank you! The course and greens were in nice shape considering the previous rainfall. Very picturesque with interesting and fun layout and lots of elevation changes. Reasonable rate, If your in the area I would highly recommend Goose River!

Golfed 9 holes walking on 7/7/23 and were greeted by 2 young boys who offered a ride to the clubhouse then an offer to clean our clubs and most refreshing of all was the conversation. So polite and respectful and pleasant, the parents of these 2 young men should embrace such precious character and drive in their sons.
They also came out in a cart at the 7th hole with cold water-what a treat!
The course was beautiful as always despite the incredible amount of rain recently. What a wonderful experience!!
