Woodland Hills Golf Course

First time bringing my family to golfing, as my kids have been expressing interest for quite sometime. We did not feel welcomed and will not to come here again. I understand there are rules... we were a group of four and had three sets of clubs as this is the first time as family with a 10 and 12 year old. The golf cart tentant/coordinator made it a point to announced to the club house publicly that we didn't have enough clubs/bags(3 to the 4 of us). Again, I understand there are rules but we had two first time youth players and we were hoping this experience would inspire and lead to an investment of fitting clubs. We paid for all four of us to play (no guest players) in advance. We offered to rent clubs but we're told there are probably no youth clubs so to hurry up to not upset anyone. The whole situation made my family feel awkward and unwelcome.

This weekend I experienced customer service at its best! The course manager at Woodland Hills Golf Course allowed for the course to remain open for a group of 40+ determined golfers (AnteUp-Tour). The weather was cold & wet and I don’t believe it ever got up to 38 degrees! Woodland Hills staff (Noble & Tyler) should get an A+ for customer service, it should be recognized when companies go above and beyond to service at such level, that’s hard to find these days. Woodland Hills Golf Course is always in impeccable shape, with pristine fairways and greens that roll true. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. Woodland Hills delivers top-tier conditions and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic golf course. Always in great condition. Can tell the grounds crew put their heart and soul in to making it the best they can. Shorter course, but tough greens make it harder than what meets the eye.
