We came here after a few days at Disney. The staff was phenomenal all around. I wish we would have been able to spend a few more days here. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the entire staff.

For a gold club built off its course and reputation… it is insane that it does not chalk up to any of it. The service could not have been worse. It is embarrassing for a resort to problem-solve and have staff that are so combative when it comes to something they have done wrong.
Someone in the group had ordered a pizza. The pizza in short never came, which happens as there can be mix ups in the kitchen. This was brought to the servers attention and the manager told us that someone in our group ate it, putting the blame on us? I think we would remember if the pizza we ordered came. Then they pivoted the story to saying they brought the pizza to the table beside us. First of all, we would have seen the pizza. Second of all, people are not taking a full entree that is not theirs. Even if that this is the case, the service manager and servers not once apologized or helped problem solve what they can do. Then, the service manager started raising his voice when the person did not want the offered salad or seafood sandwich as a replacement.
This is incredibly unprofessional and plainly embarrassing for a club like this.
Our group will never be returning and we wanted to let it be known how terrible our experience was.
Beware your visit. Do it at your own risk.

Went here for the golf tournament.
Prices for everything we're utterly extortionate. $100 to park in a field. $15 for a chicken sandwich. $7 for a diet coke.
The golf was great to watch and we had a great day.

The Bay Hill Club, host of the Arnold Palmer Invitational Golf Tournament is an awesome venue. The volunteers do a fabulous job helping visitors. Excellent food choices. The Merchandise shop is a bit pricey, but it’s a PGA event. So that pretty much goes with the territory.

Had a blast at the golf tournament this past weekend. Parking was super easy at universal. The shuttles are super fast.
Look foward to next year
