Capon Springs and Farms

There is something about the rooms that feel unreal! When you wake up and you hear the music and the water flowing down the stream is just surreal. The food is so good every meal is just a dance party with my taste buds and the family and friends level is off the charts. Truly the best vacation place to ever go too!

I spend my 75th birthday there with my best friend who flew up from Florida. What a wonderful decision! We drove up from Silver Spring, MD which was a lovely drive through Virginia, and West Virginia. Upon arrival, we immediately check into our rooms. The front desk person where kind and helpful explaining everything. We had arrived just in time for dinner which is included. I made a reservation for a foot massage for the first night. After that we went back to the room which was clean and simple, we had everything we needed. The next morning was dedicated to exploring the grounds. So many beautiful serene spots to see. Later that day we enjoyed the hot jacuzzi and total body massge. At lunch they suprized me with a Happy Birthday cake while the entire dinning hall sang for me. Such a special memory I will carry with me. I could go on and on, all I can say is go see for yourself it's truly magical and takes you back to another time. The whole family will enjoy all the amenties they offer as well as making some new friends along the way.

This is the most special place and my family's favorite weekend of the year when we visit in the fall! We have been visiting on the same weekend for 12 years now and we recognize about half the guests (now friends) who also come year after year! What an amazing gem of a place- the activities, location, food and fellowship are wonderful.

A relaxing place to be off the grid and on again if you really need to. Fresh food and recreation! Staff are kind and helpful! Great corn pie, blue ice cream that tastes like cookies and cream, amazing blueberry pie, fresh fruit and unique meals. I had an amazingly unique experience! Also great artwork and a unique decor.

Always a great time at Capon Springs and Farms. The resort is great, and the employees are wonderful. They truly know how to create a fun environment for everyone. There are tons of kids activities (and adult kid activities). The food is really good, but I wish they still did family style. The golf course is great. And Pete is the salt of the earth!
