We’re just having horrible weather. The course is in great shape. The greens were fantastic. Really enjoyed the course.

I just can’t say enough about this hidden gem of a place! Beautiful. Peaceful. Just perfect for our little family golf getaway!
We rented an apartment for 6 and the accommodations were a little dated but served us perfectly.
Easy to get to.
We played golf and it was so great. Challenging but still great course. Course was in great condition. Tough 18!! lol.
Can’t wait to go back!

Maybe the best Hill Country Golf Course in Texas! Bring your fishing rod for after your round … great Mountain View’s course is in excellent shape. Full restaurant, pool, and stay n play too. A must play .., book tee times early

A really nice course. It has some very unique features and some of the greens are almost “too” undulating to a point where it’s putt-putt golf. But aside from those and if you put your ball on the right tier you can still score good. My buddy shot a 79 on his first round here. We won’t talk about my score. Lol. They have an excellent active duty/military retiree rate, too!
PS I don’t know how the houses in this course have any windows. They are at EXACTLY the worst locations almost like they are daring you to hit them. Once you play here, you’ll see what I mean.

A wonderful golf experience! Not only are you welcomed by courteous staff to start your round, but you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The reason for the four stars instead of five is because of the slow pace of the course due to being very busy and the tee boxes are not visually color coded. It was difficult to know which tee box was white or blue. The nice gentleman gave us a tip and indicated they are arranged in red, white, and blue order (clever). Additionally, the young lady at the shack (where you can buy drinks and snacks) was not very welcoming. She made me feel as though I was bothering her when I asked about chips.
The golf carts have a GPS screen to help with each hole, so no need to bring your gadgets. Not only that, the carts are comfortable and well kept. Biggest pet-peeve is to pay out the nose for a round only to sit in raggedy cart.
This course involves strategy at many of the holes. No crazy golfing here, it's all about being smart. Ladies, this is one course where the word "advantage" is for real. The front and back create a figure eight and there is adequate signage for first-timers like myself. A young lady comes around the course to see if your drinks and snacks need to be refilled, she us very personable and super nice! Love giving tips to nice people.
We didn't get to finish our round (had five more to go) since it was so slow and started getting dark. We will try again on another day and hopefully have better luck. Overall you'll enjoy this course.
