French Creek Golf Club

The French Creek Golf Club staff was amazing to work with! They were so attentive, paid extra attention to details and even went above and beyond to ensure the guest at our wedding that had dietary restrictions were happy with their meals. We did have some changes with our events manager, however, Sara was awesome and really put us at ease week of the wedding! Our guest have given us so many compliments about FCGC since our wedding has ended. It was everything we could have asked for and more!

French Creek Golf Club is one of my favorite wedding venues outside Philly to photograph at. It's so peaceful and quiet and it's so close to the city but feels like your in the middle of nowhere! It's got some incredibly unique locations for photos too! The little dock and stone boathouse by the pond are lovely. The barn with the string lights is perfect for the day time in the shade like a first look and family formal photos. Then the warm string lights really transform the space in the evening! The outdoor ceremony space is so gorgeous with a lovely backdrop AND the sun hits it just right in the evening for sunset. If I remember correctly, they actually have stones marked in the group for wedding party members to stand on! They also have a dedicated indoor ceremony space inside the barn, just in case. Inside the ballroom, it's colorful and spacious! I've worked at hundreds of venues and thought the staff was great! My couples said they loved the experience at French Creek, and I only have good things to say too! If you're looking for a unique location that feels classic and rustic, while still being close to Philadelphia, this is it!

There are not enough positive words to describe my wedding at French Creek Golf club! I got married back on November 1st, 2019 and my family/friends are still talking about how they loved my wedding. Everything was truly PERFECT! The golf course/scenery for outdoor photos is just breathtaking and the pond/small cabin house is perfect for portraits. I wanted my ceremony and reception all at one location so I knew I had to love my venue’s “plan B” indoor ceremony space; French creek’s barn is so beautiful as a ceremony space and then if it is warm enough/sunny the outdoor space is of course amazing for a ceremony too. The price per person was completely reasonable, and their wedding coordinator Kate is amazing! She is incredibly punctual, efficient, and well organized, our entire wedding timeline flowed seamlessly. I did not have to worry about a thing on my day! I got to enjoy every minute of it, they even provide a server that tends just to the bride and groom who went and got our drinks and kept our food warm for us as we went around to do our greetings to guests. The food was great, and the service was flawless. The reception space is modern, super clean, and timeless. Bottomline you will not be disappointed for one minute if you pick French Creek for your wedding, I LOVED everything!! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could :-)

This is a beautiful Gil hanse designed Golf Course. The golf course is challenging from any of the tee boxes. and the course is in excellent condition! The clubhouse is very beautiful and the locker rooms are suitable for a professional tournament. The Pro Shop is very complete and is operated by a golf professional that I met, his name is Kevin. He is an excellent source of knowledge about the French Creek Golf Club!
