Our first time playing this muni course over the Memorial Day weekend. It had been raining a lot during the last few days, so normal conditions might be a bit different, but the overall experience for us wasn’t great. The course was literally under water, but they stayed open and allowed carts (we walked). A few younger gentlemen a few holes ahead of us were having a great time plowing their golf carts through all the mud, spinning out and slamming on their brakes for long skids through the grass. It’s a shame they don’t have a course ranger, because these kids really tore up the course. The fairway grass was long, with no run and the first (and only) cut of rough was over 3” (no fault of the course due to the rain). I will say that the course needs to institute a PR education program to get more golfers to fix their ball marks on the greens—most greens were really marked up with many un-repaired marks. As earlier reviewers mentioned, it is a long walk (especially from the front to the back and several holes on the back). Some of the holes on the back are not well marked (somewhat confusing hole to hole layout) and directional signage is minimal.

Great 18 hole golf course with the front nine in North Dakota and the back nine in Minnesota. There are three five par holes that are fairly challenging. The course overall has nice water features, rolling fairways and a good amount of trees mostly on the MN side. This place is good for families, people learning to golf and experienced golfers. There is a bar and grill as well as a pro shop on site.
