Played this and the sister course of Tot Hill Farm. Beautiful course. Lots of interesting character. Fairways are bigger than they seem, lots of blind shots, long is typically better than safe, greens are tough to read.

Mike Stranz is a golf god this is his Sistine chapel. Visually stunning breathtaking at times. Difficult hell yeah but if you want easy take up bowling. Shotmaking thoughtfulness required at every twist and turn. Some generous fairways but even those had danger if you weren’t on the right line. Conditions were immaculate and the staff was top notch. If you are a serious golfer this has to be the top of your bucket list. 6 stars out of 5
