Beautiful! We spent our anniversary week here, our first visit to the area. We enjoyed the beach, the golf courses, and our condo. The restaurants are decent on property. Staff is friendly too.

Have stayed many times before, probably my last stay. The service is fine, feels like they think they are doing you a favor letting you stay there. The beach bar and grill is always good, and service there is always great, not so much everywhere else. The price warrants before experience. The golf shop guys are terrible. The starters terrible, course right now 3/21/2025 for the price was not up to par, won't pay that to play there again. I stay @ the Village condos which I prefer.

Golf only. Nice layout, a lot of back and forth holes. Mike was great as a greater. We had a bit of a spat with the 4some in front of us that were pretty slow with 2 open holes in front of them. We called the pro shop and they sent Allison out to see if she could speed them up or allow us to play thru, the didn’t offer after 9. 1 member of the 4some became enraged and started yelling at my wife, dropping F-bombs left and right. When I confronted him, he claimed I hit into him, “7 or 8 holes ago and ruined his game.” I explained to him it was our 1st time at Kiva and if I had hit into him, I apologize. They never motioned to us that I may have hit into him. Anyway, Allison handled it well and Steven took care of our clubs after the round and had recommendations for a couple of spots.

10/10 recommend this place for anyone golfing or just to stay. If you do the golf package they will all hype up Peninsula up as the top course of the options however Kiva was so much better in my opinion. Great hospitality from everyone on the staff from the course to the grill. Will definitely be making this a yearly destination from here on out.

We have played at Kiva Dunes several times, and it never disappoints! The course is always in amazing condition, even in late November. If you have never played this course, make plans to go next time you are in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area. If you have played it, I know you'll be excited to go back! Thanks, Kiva Dunes staff, for another great round! ⛳️
